Speed Training Program
Athletes normally come to our facilities to receive strength
and conditioning training from UPEC’s qualified trainers. This program allows UPEC
Trainers to come to your facility and implicate our Strength and Conditioning
programs in your own environment.
Program
Details
- The
pricing varies depending on how many players attend
·
- The
time period for the training program will be for 16 Weeks
·
- UPEC
staff will train the athletes for 1 hour each day
·
- The
training will take place at an approved location (Gymnasium, Field or Facility)
·
- Registration,
Liability Release & Medical Assessment Forms (below) are required from each
athlete
·
- One
total payment from the organization, school or coach will be due upon the first
day of the program. Payments may be accepted monthly however a discounted rate
will be given if it is paid in full.
Fees &
Times- UPEC Charges $60 a month for 50-100 Athletes or $100 a
month for 1-49 Athletes
·
- The sessions are 3 time per week for a total of 12
each month
·
- The total will be due upon day 1. This is a special group rate that
is only offered to the athletes in this specific program.
Each
session includes:- Monthly testing on
o Body Fat
o Long Jump
o NFL Shuttle
o 40 Speed
·
- Proper warm-ups and cool downs
·
- Parachute speed sprints
·
- Agility and speed drills
·
- Low and high impact plyometric exercises
·
- Conditioning
·
- Strength & Power training
·
- Core training
Equipment:
Depending on the location UPEC will
bring training tools such as cones, ladders, parachutes, tires and medicine
balls.
