Golf Performance Training

 

UPEC Fitness will help improve your Golf game by focusing on the 5 most important elements of sports performance training.

Tone & Fit Bootcamp

Explosive Cardio based program integrating low intensity machines with high inensity reps. Focusing on Core, upper & lower body exercises to slim down any body type. Beginner - Advanced Welcomed!

 

60 Minute Class

Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday - 6:00 PM

Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday - 7:00 PM

Build - A - Bootcamp

This is a customized class that you can build yourself. By surrounding yourself with Friends, Family or Co-Workers. You decide the Days, The time & the Amount of people you want in a group class of your very own!!

 

60 Minute Class

Requirements:

- 3+ People

- Sessions can be 2x or 3x a week

- All must be in attendance (No make-ups)

- Discount for group training

Youth Sports Training

UPEC Fitness' Youth Sports Training is a Mind blowing sports performance class utilizing all areas of sports Performance. This proven program is lead by our experienced coaches and strength & Conditioning Specialists who lead you through a series of circuit style training that will help improve Your Athletes:
